Spica Recruitment is seeking an experienced and dedicated Clinical Lead to join a reputable care home located in the ST5 area. The successful candidate will play a key leadership role in ensuring high-quality, person-centred care is consistently delivered.

As a Clinical Lead, you will oversee clinical practices, mentor and support nursing staff, and ensure compliance with CQC standards. You’ll also be responsible for assessing residents’ needs, creating tailored care plans, and maintaining a safe, nurturing environment for both residents and staff.
